Fiona founded Raymond-Cox Consulting after leading both Marsh and PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Business Continuity practices in San Francisco and Hong Kong, respectively. She has more than 20 years of international experience in process improvement, designing business continuity, crisis management and pandemic plans for government, technology, professional services, legal, banking & finance, healthcare, telecommunications, retail and consumer industry organizations.
Fiona is certified as a Member of the Business Continuity Institute. She serves on the board of the Business Recovery Managers Association. She also leads the Emergency Preparedness Committee for a K-8 grade public school. She is currently training to become certified as a California Disaster Corps member, a new, first of its kind program to incorporate disaster-trained volunteers such as Neighborhood Emergency Response Team members into California’s mutual aid system. Fiona is a native of the United Kingdom and lives in San Francisco.
