Worked with company communications executives to create a full-function crisis communications plan, including corporate policies, crisis communication goals and objectives, crisis communication team roles and responsibilities, a list of key stakeholders/audiences, and message templates geared towards multiple communications channels. The plan also contained protocols for ensuring that crisis communications were fully integrated with the corporate incident management function. In addition, EMSS provided both project management and technical assistance for an Emergency Notification System implementation project.

Developed a crisis communications plan, training workshop, and communications exercise to enhance the bank’s response to an event. The target audience for the project was the Corporate Communications team. This project included developing a communication matrix, prewritten and preapproved message templates, and a strategy for handling social media communications.
