
For those of you not familiar with Google’s disaster passion – you have got to check out the Google Crisis Response Project. They have been responding to natural disasters since Hurricane Katrina in 2005 by making information such as storm paths, shelter locations, emergency numbers, and donation opportunities easily accessible. After all, that got the maps, the tools and the Web horsepower!
