Reminiscent of SARS, Ebola signs are popping up in International airports. I am returning today after working in Panama for the past ten days and this morning I am greeted in the Tocumen International Airport in Panama City, Panama with large Ebola warning signs and illuminated reminders over all boarding gates. When I arrived ten days ago, there were none to be seen.
One of the curious things about the signage here is the first instruction is to avoid contact with suspected or confirmed cases of Ebola. Looking around the airport, I see no one with a sign around their neck advising me that they indeed have Ebola. Not helpful! 😉
