Global Bank

Developed a global Incident Management Team process and plan for a U.S.­based global bank. This included developing the plan and all of the exercises that tested the bank’s six regional offices around the world as well as the company’s headquarters in Chicago, Illinois. The Incident Command System was the foundation of the planning processes, and was used in all locations worldwide.

Global Software Company

Assisted a U.S. global software company in developing an Incident Management process for its corporate headquarters. Using the headquarters’ process as a model, it was then adapted by all of the firm’s mission­critical locations in the U.S. This project included developing the original plan and processes, providing team training in those plans and processes, and facilitating all of the exercises held at the corporate headquarters in California. The company selected the Incident Command System as the methodology to manage all incidents.

Global Manufacturer

Developed an Incident Management Team process and plan for a U.S.­based global manufacturer. This included developing the original plan and processes, providing team training in those plans and processes, and facilitating all of the exercises held at the corporate headquarters and some auxiliary locations in Tennessee. The company selected the Incident Command System as the methodology to manage all incidents.
